Dollnita has a desire to empower, equip, and enhance families. It is this genuine passion for families that led her to establish a Family Consulting Company. Dollnita is the Founder and CEO of Family Life Enhancement, LLC. The company is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Dollnita is a Certified Parent & Marriage Coach. As a Certified Parent Educator, she serves as a Vendor for the Supreme Court of Virginia. For the past 10 years, Dollnita has taught the Court Approved Parent Education Seminar to parents petitioning the court for custody, visitation, or child support. In addition, Dollnita offers a wide range of coaching programs, whereby individuals learn evidence-based techniques and strategies equipping them with practical solutions for healthier family relationships. Specialized areas include; Parent Coaching, Co-Parent Coaching, Women’s Self-Discovery Coaching, and Marriage Coaching. Dollnita has also developed a unique and innovative Family Wellness Program & Work / Family Balance Program for Companies that are interested in helping their employees balance work and family life. These Employee Assistance Workshops result in employees’ increased productivity, retainment, and stronger family relationships. Throughout her extensive career, Dollnita has developed and presented numerous workshops and seminars to include; interpersonal skills and communication development, problem-solving, anger management, stress management, and self-regulation. In addition, Dollnita has worked with Churches and Faith-Based Organizations in the area of Grief and Trauma Intervention. Dollnita is an active member of the National Parent Education Network, the Family Life Coaching Association, the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, (EAPA), and the National Center For Biblical Parenting. She is the Author of the Top Selling Book, “Destressing the Stressed-Out Family”. Dollnita has spoken at various conferences addressing relevant topics related to family life. Dollnita has been married for 37 years and she and her husband are the proud parents of 3 adult children.
